You look absolutely amazing Kim. You don’t need Ozempic. You can do this yourself as you do have the willpower and would be more rewarding for you. So glad you are back with your regular vlogs which are always really interesting and make us all smile. From us all Thank You!!! Xx

Hi Kim thanks for random chat. I really look forward to the weekly vlog on Sunday morning. Love the normality and down to earth vibe. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and had to give up my HRT as it was like fertiliser making the cancer grow. 😢 It seems like you really have to weigh up the benefits against risks with the menopause. There is no easy fix to anything. I have found pilates and yoga the best for everything.... mental health, strength general wellbeing no downside. Looking forward to next week already.... X

Regarding weight loss jabs. It's true that, as women, losing weight become harder the older we get. We can do all the right things, but find ourselves stalling in ways we didn't when we were younger and no amount of willpower and mindset can help. The way to think about the weight loss jabs is, are the side effects of taking them better than the side effects of not taking them. For people who are clinically and morbidly obese, side effects- such as pancreatitis, liver failure, and long term chronic health conditions- may well be weighed up against obesity related diseases-such as heart disease, stroke, and death- and decided that, yes, on balance- those effects are "better". Those of us like you and me who aren't in any way over weight but would really rather like the help shift to a stubborn stone, I don't think we can say, hand on heart and looking at our lives and loved ones, that the potential side effects are worth it. Trading off what we have to admit to ourselves is vanity (albeit tangled in the mess that are self and societal pressures) vs potentially serious and long term health conditions as a result of taking it.

Hi Kim I would love a video on the story of your shop, how it came to be, what have been the biggest challenges in setting it up, what were the biggest leanings curves you and Ian went through in the process and what have been the most rewarding moments x

Since I had breast cancer I dived into conventional medical treatments, and their side effects. I have gone on the natural health path. Those injections are expensive and 5 + years down the line you may get side effects ect. For your preri menopause I suggest nappier wild yam cream instead of HRT.

Brazil is lovely, especially if you into the nature it is an amazing place. We have been driving from Rio De Janeiro along the coast towards Sao Paulo stopping every moment amazed by the stunning scenery. Rio itself (especially touristic part ) it's a very interesting City however you have to be careful. Do not walk with expensive gear such as camera or fancy phone taking photos or videos, there are people around that just waiting for an opportunity. Also no need to be scared of snakes, spiders if you not going into the jungle 😉. I'm sure you will have a great time.

Well done on keeping up with the vlogs! I enjoy lifestyle vlogs, showing us around the Cotswolds would be great and I also would be interested in knowing a bit more about crystals. Oh and definitely premenopausal chat. I'm 48 so I'm in the thick of it at the moment with not much help from the doctors 😬 x

Hi Kim, I'm so glad you are posting regularly again. I would love to see a video where Effie gets to pick and style all your outfits. I would love a trendy mum makeover myself but I've got two teenage boys so they can't help me with that 😂

Hi Kim,,,We have to keep life simple. Just eating a little less for a couple weeks drops the weight.I use this system alot,a bit of patience goes a long way.I know many people who used weight reduction meds and messed up their nervous systems for life...just saying.. I think as a general rule for life, dont get so hyped up about anything! Keep positive and keep finding a way to get your mojo up and running and life is a lot better! Love you! You dont look like you need to lose alot of weight,,,,you can do it im sure in a months time,

Exercise moderately. Consistent exercise. Things change as you get older. If you overdo you’ll stress yourself out. I love th closet home organization. Or what you wear in a day. Just a what I eat in a day. Just vlog. I’m enjoying. You’re right about ozempic. It’s not sustainable. I hope you see how beautiful you are right now!!!

Hi Kim,i don't have a weight problem. Im not a foodie. In fact i struggle with food. I have numerous food allergies. The latest being pineapple. Very recently had a reaction to pineapple. I think the diets treatments are a personal decision. I don't believe they are an answer to food addiction or overeating. Gym videos would be my least favourite. Its just never going to be suit everyone situation. Do what you enjoy doing. Its your channel and a diary of your life really. ❤

I found my Dr pretty useless when I talked about Perimenopause, but it was a few years back. As for the Ozempic, I wouldn’t touch it with a big stick. The side effects seem to catch up a few more people, than other meds. And what are the long term side effects? No thanks. Eat and drink less and move more. I’ve lost 10kgs over the past few years, and kept it off, by making small tweaks.

Isn’t Ozempic just an appetite suppressant? You do loose a lot of weight but when you stop taking it surely it will all go back on? The Ozempic face is not a good look!

Get on hormones, cut sugar and do regular, moderate exercise including weights. That’s it.

Don't take ozempic Kim, womens bodies/minds going through menopause is enough to cope with, you don't need it anyway, hasn't there been something about a link with thyroid cancer, I'm sure I heard that some where. A friend of mine went on them, yes she lost weight but had no interest in food at all, she put all the right on again after & it is expensive! Terrible headaches too apparently. I like you DITL vlogs, cooking & hauls if that helps. Have a good week & see you next Sunday 😘
