A handful of Katsuobushi (Dried-bonito shavings)

Eggs : Dashi → １:３
2teaspn of soy sauce
A little salt
Chicken, Shitake mushroom, Japanese parsley

All I can think is “goodness I hope that chicken cooked thoroughly” - most other recipes I’ve seen cook it before hand. Also - What an adorable child!
