What type of shiny fabric are the Barbie Penelope the dragon plush's wings? I wondering because I working on a nessie plush, I have to find and know the name of this type of shiny fabric that many girl toys like My Little Pony and Barbie animal toys have.

I'm so sorry, I don't know what the fabric material is called either. 🥺 It's the usual toy plasticy-kinda semi-hard material that makes those crinkly sounds. I hope someone else in the comments can help you! :)
