I think that if he goes to another team. It should be a team with younger players like Oklahoma and he comes off the bench. That way the team will have a strong bench player in him and a team with high talent youth. He will be well rested and less chance of injury coming off the bench. Either that or Lakers revamp the team with better point guards, efficient 3pt players, and keep AD on first team and Bron coming off the bench. The players they signed up were mostly injured for a lot of the season and even playoffs. Keep Dlo and Reeves, AD, Bron maybe Rui and trade the others for more efficient players, but still have Bron come off the bench.
