Charles Barkley Wants LeBron James To Retire Soon So He's Not Michael Jordan On The Wizards
"I hope he retires while he can still play. I've been there myself. I saw Patrick Ewing on his last legs. Saw Michael Jordan playing with the Wizards. That's the greatest player I played against, I don't want to see him doing that with the Wizards."

Lebron has become a liability in spite of his stats. KD is starting to look better as a sixth man. Westbrook is washed. CP should’ve retired years ago tbh. Lowry is stealing money these days. Kawhi has spent most of the past five seasons injured. It’s a changing of the guard, time for these guys to bow out gracefully for the sake of the game.

I like how y’all are just talking Jordans offense during those years and not even mentioning the lack of defense. Yet literally every time Lebron steps foot on the court some of y’all be going on whole tirades about how he’s not trying on defense, why doesn’t he stop anybody, etc. I just find it funny how Jordan fans seem to give him all the benefit of the doubt on things like that but literally turn right around and crucify Lebron for doing the same thing.

Exactly. Compared to 90's Jordan obviously he had lost a step and couldn't elevate anymore. But Jordan was averaging 25 6 and 5 until he got injured. And he got really injured. Not "I was basically playing with a broken hand" after dunking all game injured. Up until the All Star Break there were 2 players averaging 25 5 and 5. Jordan and Kobe. Kobe ended the season with 25 5.5 and 5.5 on 47% from the floor. In Jordan's last 10 games before the injury he was averaging 29.7 6.6 and 6.1 on 47% from the floor. When LeBron came into the league he averaged 21 5.5 and 6 on 42% from the floor. If Jordan was washed with 25 6 and 5 then what was LeBron doing as a rookie.

He actually had one of his best seasons ever this past year. Stats don't lie and if they did you couldn't put Bird in the top 5-10 best. Lebron actually improved this year in some ways and didn't have any drawbacks or decline. Epic one of the greatest things I've ever seen in sports. People hating on Lebron are ill. It truly is a very bad sickness and everyone is hating hard at the same time.

The problem it’s when people put things out of context and don’t put things in perspective. 1. The league on the 80s and 90s were based on physicality. Prayer didn’t last that long. 2. New roles are made to protect the investment of advertisers and team investment. 3. The offense it’s now spread out because of the three points shot, and benefits the mead range players due to the lack of big players. 4. When Shanon saids that Jordan took a break, his it’s not understanding that changing a sport to adapt to another it’s more difficult than continuing with your own. Coming back from playing a total different sport and in just a year and half break the all time winning record! And tree picking for the second time. achieving what even today has never done twice like hem.
