CHD Awareness Week 2018

Today marks the start of CHD Awareness Week! We care about people born with congenital heart defects (CHD) every day of the year but this is a special opportunity to celebrate them. Are you willing to spread the word and raise more funds to help them live longer, healthier, happier lives?
The Somerville Foundation has chosen the theme of ‘Wear Your Heart On Your Sleeve’ and is asking as many people as possible to do just that to raise funds and awareness so that we can help more people born with heart problems.
How can you help?
It’s simple. We’ve put together a list of activities to suit everyone, whether you have five minutes to spare or five days; 50p or £5,000.
