I bought this one a few days ago and got confused a little with touch. If you connect it and there is no touch, chances are you connect micro USB into the power AND another micro into Touch, with both ends going to the Pi. Touch will work if you connect ONLY one micro to Touch. No need to connect to power. Touch -> Pi and that's it.

Yes, just make the pendrive bootable with cmd the copy the windows 7 files on it, boot the laptop via pendrive then you will see windows 7 setup. 👍
