Each show has their own procedures for actually assigning seats and distributing tickets. After you claim your lottery tickets and pay, you should receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to obtain your tickets. Typically, the show assigns the seats and either electronic tickets are sent via email, or you are given instructions to pick up physical tickets at the theater box office.
