I visited that Cheap Charlies in June! I had my hair cut at Tons Barber across the street, and I decided to have a meal at Charlies. I had some thai dish, cant remember exactly what, but it was good, and cheap! Cheers

@@torvaldelletveito9181 it has a huge range of Thai food as well as at least 1 Thai dish on the specials list. It’s difficult to fault the place, the staff are always friendly welcoming & chatty. I’ve also been in the Pattaya beach on Soi Buakhao

I had Christmas dinner in cheap Charlie's last year. I left it a little late and couldn't get in some of the other places. I was pleasantly surprised actually. Had a lovely dinner

The trick is the price of tea. I think it's B50, which really kills the cheap deal, or maybe I am wrong on the price of tea. Please advise.

Was there monday 23/12/24 worst meal ever Chicken Kiev with mash,vegs,gravy.The chicken they zapped in the microwave then panfried it was as tough as leather,mash was the left over from the pot hard and lumpy,gravy was a beef cube thin as water zero flavour at all.has the kitchen staff left or the owner does not give a crap about better food just a farce..
