When i used to work there id make these kinda rice bowls alot. I would add some beans or beef and some creamy jalapeno sauce. And in the mornings id make a bowl with potatos, eggs, pico, sour and cheese, with jalapenos and bacon when i felt spicy. Also the flatbreads with beef, pico, cheese and sour and steamed. And my friend used to wrap a flatbread in foil and add some of the cinnamon sugar and put it on the clamp grill. We had fun making new foods.
