CHEAP DRIFTCAR REAR MOUNT RADIATOR!!!

25 foot of 1.5" aluminum piping only cost us 35 dollars! keeping the same radiator it made this the cheapest way to go rear mount radiator with out breaking the bank! please checkout BELL RACEWORKS and all the things they have to offer!

@9:22 The hard pipe on the engine Bay side of the fire wall, Weld and "exhaust" hanger off that pipe that can bolted to fire wall in order to keep pipes centered on your firewall holes. That will prevent the silicone couplers from coming in contact with firewall from movement while driving. Or do what your buddy did and make bulk head fittings that attach to firewall with silicone couplers on either side of firewall to connect your hard pipes to said flanges.

This is awesome and am glad that you’re doing this and showing us the process as I have been considering doing this to my 350z and the choice got easier now that I’ve seen the process of how to do so. This is overall a better design than factory as there’s less of a chance of your coolant getting screwed up and more convenient to mess with your cooling as well as working in the engine and on top of that allows for a better cooling system since now the radiator can’t get heat soaked in anyway from being near the engine. So even daily driving this is a better design than that of factory

Dillon just make sure to get an oil pan with baffling. Don’t want to have oil slosh, it may lead to oil starvation which can cause failure
