Yes @Radhika please be gentle. I also lose a lot of hair. It is because you comb it once in a week and all the hairs that have shed comes out at once.

I have been using reeta, amla and shikakai for two months and hairfall has reduced, scalp is less itchy and flaky , there are natural curls and hair growth is very significant just after using it only..... The best thing I have done for my scalp is leaving commercial products. I am soooo excited to try the pack and the gel. I love that it's super affordable and has easy to find ingredients. I have been thinking of starting CG routine but didn't want to irritate my scalp and this video is such a godsend. Tbh this quarantine is forcing me to try all the desi home made products and honestly I love the results!! Thank you so much for this!!!!

I tried this today. 1st I wash my hair from my regular shampoo( not from reetha as shown in ved, bcuz it's next to impossible to find it in my area , but gonna buy reetha and Amla ayurvedic shampoo soon , then I applied that paste of curd with Fenugreek seed's powder , and honey. After retaining the paste mask about 1 hour I wash and applied flaxseed gel . The results are really appreciatable. My seems to be less frizzy now ( not that much as shown in the ved. , Maybe bcuz my paste were not that thick. ) and smooth as well. Thankyou so much komal mam. I'm gonna apply this technique for 3 months , to got my curls back which is ruined now.

@@vidhisoneji2588 it could be that the curd was.made.out of full fat milk! Sometimes there's alot of fat in the curd, you can try to.wash your hair just with water in a day or two

Here to update on this routine: I am a wavy girl not curly but Oh My God this routine is genius💗 Thank you Komal, you are an angel💗 This routine works so well although one can modify a little if they want to but this is very affordable, easy & simplest to do and only good chemical free products are used💗 A yes in my books💯💗 I got beautiful waves and i am loving it💯💯 I appreciate my natural wavy hair & love taking care about them and it gave me a relief and is big thing as since childhood i wanted straight hair lol

i tried this ... it just worked amazingly !!!! loved it .... on days that I oiled i made a pack of your shampoo conditioner mixture with multani mitti and it washed off the oil and cleaned everything. and the hair pack saved my hair from being dry

Hi! I am a school going girl so asking my parents for expensive products is a huge nono . This video really helped me! After watching your video and doing a ton of research , I will be typing a routine below, I would really appreciate if you could tell me where I am wrong or if j can start my curly hair journey with this: 1. Shampoo using extremely diluted pea size amount Head and Shoulers anti dandruff shampoo( I live in a hard water area so using a sulphate shampoo is the on!y thing that will get rid of the mineral build up on my hair properly) 2. Quater tomato amount of wow avocado and coconut oil conditionter ( I have short hair) 3.After rinsing out, scrunch patanjali aloevery gel( 2 pea size amount) 4. Scrunch with tshirt and let it airdry My whole life I have had "broom hair" as my friends would call it, after realising I have curly hair, I really want to embrace my natural hair.

I have extremely curly hair and never use shampoo ..i.wash with amla reetha powder which I grind in a mixer ..it makes hair quite healthy .. also it's important to eat very healthy for overall health of the body including hair ...

@@Ashima-qv3rl I oil my hair and then use this ..in order to remove the oil I put more reetha so that a good amout of froth is formed and then rinse my hair with it thoroughly ..it take a good 10-15 minutes for rinsing for the oil to come out properly ...yeah it's a task but the results are better than chemically processed shampoos

@@curiousenough5906 getting foam is not important ..because Retha being acidic in nature will create a minimal amount of lather which is sufficient to clean the hair and also remove the oil from hair.. marketed shampoos contain chemicals that forms a froth thus making consumers believe that it's good for hair however though it cleans the hair it makes hair very brittle and weak ..add more reetha to your powder and keep on rinsing your hair again and again with same water ..u will get the results ..

My curly girl routine is 1. Use oriantal botanics shampoo. 2. Use a few drops of avacado oil in damp hair. My curlss look good. I just do not know how to cut it

Just a soft tee Use avacado oil in my damp hair Comb when 80% dry Use varoius hair oils or ghee few hours pre shampoo I use avacado oil or argan oil every day . A few drops. Minimum amounts needed to b applied on lenths of hair. Anything extra left on palm apply on crown area. If im icchy i take 2 drops of any essential oil n rub in palm n massage my scalp.and leave. If i need extra lusture n softness i put lemon essential oil in my oil n apply. Juicy chemistry one♥️ Dude i drink a lot of water. I think it has worked also. Reduce white sugar as much as you can. Ever since u introduced us to CG Method. I got hooked to it. And it was working wonderfully for my wavy hair. But sadly last month I went for a hair cut, and the guy said let’s do an argan treatment, I specifically asked him if this a chemical treatment and he said no. Later on when I was paying I asked the cashier what exactly was the treatment and he said it’s keratin treatment. I went home and cried 🥺 now I’m just stuck here and waiting for this hair to grow so I can go for a chop and start my CG routine again.

Firstly, You are beautiful & a patient & sensible human being. Thanks for understanding the exact problems. My curls are more or less like yours. However I have a query. My day 1-2 hair looks super awesome, but day 3 onwards the curls start to loosen & turn into waves.. especially towards the roots. Is there a way to maintain the curls throughout the week, atleast say till day5, as in the next wash day? I try & follow the CG method more or less, still am unable to figure out what goes wrong day3 onwards. Might be the humidity or pollution, but in that case, let me know if you have some solution. If you use too much oil, reetha won't remove all of it.

But the worst thing about cg is that you don't have to comb your hair when its dry......but for me that not possible.....my hair doesn't look so beautiful after cg n if I won't comb it every single morning I won't even be able to srtep out of my house......pls help on this komal 🙇‍♀️

If you brush your hair dry, it will get frizzy since it dries in a curl and then you are brushing it out, I don't know your routine or your hair type to tell you what you can do, but maybe try looking online for people who have similar hair and their hair routines

I have complete curls and if I brush they become frizzy I have to brush so when I go out I wet them a little like apply a little water everywhere and they become curly

Hey, very well explained. All my doubts regarding cg method are gone noe. But just one thing to ask, Curd makes hair soo oily, and it smells too. So just rinse it with water will do the job? Will it not be sticky or greasy?? Vry confused, i want to start this cg method. My hairs are facing extreme hair loss. Please reply
