STORYTIME So on a late evening my family decided that we would go to eat sushi. We went to this Korean place and the customer service was great! I ordered salmon and Philadelphia rolls. It was my second time eating there and I was already excited to eat my food. (Sushi is my favorite) The restaurant came with free miso soup. while waiting for my sushi, I decided to make some Tik Toks about the soup. When my food came, I immediately started eating. Soon after when I was almost done eating, I had a stomach ache so I thought I was going to take a break. The place was pretty cheap and that’s why my parents liked it. (Their not cheapskates) After when my family was done eating we all went home to rest and go to sleep. I went upstairs to go shower and get ready to go sleep, however my mom gave me time on my phone before I went to sleep. I was watching bloxburg videos until I had trouble with breathing. I thought it was just a normal thing so I used my inhaler, then I went to use the bathroom to relive my stomach ache. I started feeling dizzy so I flushed the toilet and went in my mom’s room, even walking a couple steps, I felt like falling down. I told my mom what happend and she told me drink water, but I didn’t want to because I felt like throwing up. Then she told me to lay down on her bed, then I realized I was shaking. I had no idea why though, everything went spinning around my head. It was so major my mom had to call 911. A few minutes had past and the ambulance was inside my house, they said everything is going out good so I didn’t need need to to the hospital. Once they left the same symptoms happened again. And that how I ended up in the ER.. 😐🤠

I eat Escolar every-time I get sushi. It's one of my favorite pieces of nigiri. Never heard anything bad about it. I did look up the ban in Japan though and that ban was put in place in 1977, probably because the fish contained worms or other parasites they couldn't get rid of in that time. Now a days though I bet it's safe to eat as we have much better flash freezing equipment.

We in Indonesia always cook the so called 'white tuna' (we call it 'gindara'). My mom or nearer food stals will serve it with a brooth made from many kind of spices. Few believe that we shouldn't consume it regularly. I think that's why we in Indonesia have no problem with Escolar as long we cook it properly and just consume it on few occassion only.

I can tell Chinese and Japanese people apart because I used to live in Japan when I was in high school so I can tell that the 2nd guy that went back into his store was Chinese.
