Theese reminds me of the awful resort trips me and my family did every summer between 2006-2010. They spend an absurd amount of money just so we went to Spain or Greece and spent our time eating a great buffet and then spend our time at the pool area or at the beach. Exploring the surrounding area on my own was not an option (I was unerage obviously, but became a young teen at the end) and they did not want me to stay in the hotel room, wich I preferred since I couldn't stand the noise of the happy children playing around. All I wanted to do was to play some games or surf the web, but that was literally impossible or not allowed. (well, we were allowed to bring our Nintendo DS for one of the trips but the stepbrotehr stole mine and when I tried to take it back he threw it on the brick floor, breaking it in two. I was devastated.) I stopped following on those trips after 2010.

It is interesting how some places you were dragged around as a child become places to avoid when you are older. For me this is the countryside, little villages and Thanet beaches. The countryside - It is just so boring. I just don't get the appeal of going to places where no development has happened. Little villages - I simply don't get the appeal. Villages are crap places which are dull and boring. Why would anyone want to see a village full of tiny houses when there are interesting places in the world full of tall towers. And the people who chose to live in villages are so odd, and they know everyone in the village by name, and they all gossip about each other. I would much rather live in a big city where you have the anonymity of being able to walk down the street without people saying "hello" or knowing my name. Thanet beaches - Got taken to the beaches of Margate and Broadstairs all the time when I was a child. For one or two days a year when it is warm it may be nice for a swim, but the rest of the time it is so boring. Thanet has nothing else to do there apart from the beach. And all the people there are weird seaside people. With the Spanish resorts, if I was sitting in the same resort all day for a week I would probably get bored. But when I go here I am always dashing about as there is so much to see. These islands often have 50 to 100 resorts on them and I want to explore every single one of them!

@@benolifts Sometimes I like quiet old places, but some countryside things I hate like hunting, and as somebody that doesn't eat meat I have a real issue with most farmers.

H10 Playa Esmeralda used to be a family hotel. Stayed there quite often. First time over 15 years ago. Back then I remembered the six outdoor lifts and four indoor lifts to be all Otis 2000 VF. Surprised to see the TK mod and that some supposedly were Orona…

Hi Ben ! How is it going since my last comment many months ago ? Isn't it a bit harder to travel now with all these Covid restrictions all over the place ? I mean, the simple act of getting from a city to another one inside France by train or bus requires 3 vaccine shots !!! Anyways did you try kicking VAL doors at a station in whatever city or airport that has a VAL system ? If you didn't then you should definitely give it a try next time you come accross a VAL. Happy adventures !

Fuerteventura South. Is there Fuerteventura West, Fuerteventura East, Fuerteventura North and Fuerteventura Central.
@benolifts2 жыл бұрын
There will also be a video of Fuerteventura North. As for the west, there is nothing there, so it would be a pretty boring video of walking through an empty desert. All of the development on the island is on the east side, so this video would also count as east. As for central, this would be the capital town, but there was not much there, so I am including it in the video of the north.

I need your help lift enthusiasts of KZbin! Just moved to Manchester, can anyone recommend a good ecodisc for me to ride (other than the one in the arndale m&s)?
@blahgwagah6032 жыл бұрын
Not that I know of but there are 2 Mitsubishi lifts in John Lewis at the Trafford Centre. Not Kone ecodisc Ik, but if you’re looking for good lifts then go to the 2 Mitsubishi lifts at John Lewis Trafford centre as Mitsubishi lifts are not easy to find in the north of England. So it would definitely be worth it.
