Cheap homemade hose clamp tool DIY for making wire hose clamps. You can also use it as a binder tool and bind almost everything.
There are professional tools to buy like the clamptite and the haywire klamper. And they are faster to work with but this is a cheap and simple alternative to those tools.

If you put your bolt and washer deeper into your vice, they wouldn't vibrate as much. They would be easier to cut. Nice idea though. Do you have access to a small rotary tool with a cut off wheel (like a Dremel or one of the knockoffs)? Easier still.

Use a butterfly nut. Looks like the washer have enough clearance.

Почему Вы так обращаетесь к автору ? Я согласен , что надо было сказать два ролика ! Автор показал как сделать из под ручных средств дешего и сердито ! Вот смотрите ,в первом ролике показано как сделать инструмент и многие понимают как он работает . Для тех кто не понял ( например Я ) в первом ролике как пользоваться , может перейти на второй ролик ! Парень гениально придумал , принес пользу для общество . Такой чел заслуживает благодарность ! Парень показал начальную базу ,а там можно переделать под свои цели и задачи . В общем изобрел велосипед - можно так сказать ! Брат Вы не правы , нельзя так сразу судить . Спасибо автору за ролик !

This is the worst one I have seen / made. All the others are a lot faster, and easier to use. The only advantage is that this one is really easy to make, if you don't have a drill press or a lathe.... : (
