Rachel - Mini one-egg skillets are fantastic for frying single eggs if you want a neat round shape. I have mastered the art of the egg ring and the subsequent flipping, if you ever want pointers, but I only ever used egg rings because my boyfriend's tenants did something with my mini one-egg skillet and I didn't have one for a while. Definitely invest in one.
