I have to admit, I skipped past this a few times and thought "not another condo video"... But, these are pretty sweet and the realtor is a beautiful older woman that makes a very welcome change from the tattooed ladies from Pattaya. Keep it up!

“The intro was a bit unexpected” felt that the entire video. try and it keep it a lil more professional. I’ve seen like 3 or videos and in all 3 of them u were basically selling the agents to random strangers on the internet or at least mentions their personal relationship status, making comments on their beauty, being attractive, single, like wtf? You wouldn’t do that AT ALL to a real estate agent showing you a place in any English speaking country. Why there? It’s a little strange. in the other one the agent just kinda giggled but in this one it COMPLETELY influenced the entire way you were given a tour. Hope you noticed that. Sophia wasn’t nearly as nice and involved as those other ones she was in and her energy was wildly reserved. GLARINGLY. It was very awkward and caused by you entirely. Very weird intro and interactions. around like @9:00 this dude does a whole speech of why he “chooses Sophia because of her customer service” . Reminding her that he gets her business? As if she is making him do anything? Then begins the WEIRDEST part of the whole thing where he just keeps the camera a foot from her face and body. in the bedroom part especially. This dude doesn’t even film what she is showing when she speaks, he literally just points the camera on her, every single frame other than the ones with a view, she is in the center. Look @10:27 when she’s opening and showing a cabinet and dude just has the camera on her face like wtf? He is also ALWAYS reaching out to guys and men, never speaking to women viewers and only does so if the agents say something like “this is for a woman tenant”. Not saying that is weird individually, at all. Perfectly normal. but with everything else, it becomes just another another one of those kind of weird things. All that felt weird to me and I literally said out loud “girl why do you not have someone with you” like she is so visibly uncomfortable with this dude. Fast forward to when they go to the next building and she’s immediately got an assistant filming with her as well 😂😂😂 I SEE YOU GIRL, THIS MF WEIRD 100%….and then all of a sudden there is 12 of them 😂😂😂 And he’s OFTEN left alone to view the room or space and talk to his little camera by himself and the vibe COMPLETELY does 180. And video ends shortly thereafter. Finally he proceeds to offer her up a final time at the end of the video letting his viewers know she is single for a final time where she immediately points out that he does it every time. Once again hinting at exactly what I’m talking about. Figure it out dude, what is your deal? You might not be weird at all, or at least intending to be at all, but I PROMISE you, you are doing it.

this is very affordable even for regular US earners. Rent in Miami where I live is over $2000USD for 1 bedroom since late 2021-2022. I really miss Bangkok last time I was there I stayed in a hotel for a week. Next time I'll stay for a month and use an airbnb. Thank you again Sophia for the information and amazing tour.

Dude you are the best and I like your no nonsense attitude and how you explain things that you like. I lived in Ashton ASOK before the pandemic. I left and be waiting to return. My Ashton unit was a 32sqm , 37 floor small balcony. The area was more convenient because of the MRT, and BTS LOCATION. The pool, and gym was much better, but I lived in the Sathon area when I first came to Bangkok 2015, and since then I move to a different area each time I come back. Sathon by for was the nicest and cleanest meaning, the streets and sidewalks. Like you after 4 months I need to leave Bangkok and I go somewhere less hectic with no pollution. I will definitely contact this lady, this is a much better deal than Airbnb.hopefully I can get a 4 month lease. Oh I had a direct access elevator in IDEO Q in Ratchathewi Bangkok and it kept breaking down. It would open up to other units and I had people walk right into my unit. Also water collect at the bottom and mosquitos came up through the shaft . I moved out a week later. 🤣Not a fan of those.

I worked across from the Mahanahkon tower while it was being built.....I looked across from an office window on the 28th floor....it was very impressive seeing the workmen taking an exterior make shift elevator all the way to the top. I lived in Sathorn in a luxury apartment with a stunning private pool and gym that a friend of mine generously shared with me for my stay.

Since you don't get much answers ill chip my little info, the few condo's i stayed in on Thong Lo and other areas of Sukhumvit there have been very low usage of both pools and fitness, often you can be there on your own. Common areas are also often empty like libraries or just meeting areas. This was pre-covid.

I love the space in the Bangkok but the pool in the Ashton was amazing! I can afford the Bangkok but one of the perks of coming to Bangkok is to live cheaper than you did back home. I guess if you just absolutely need the space and want luxury to go with it then go for it. My home goes on the market in January, hoping for a quick sale and then its on to BKK! Will definitely connect with Sophia !

He mentioned prices may be going up but no analysis. I have walked through many of these Bangkok rental videos 4-6 months after they were made and in many cases nothing has changed. Same units are still on the market for the same price half a year later. May take more time to recover.

sounds like you’re a little racist to me! Bangkok is a metropolitan city with people from all over the world. #1 destination of most visited countries in the world or at least too 5. Hong Kong has 7 million expats but the culture is different. I’m assuming that’s why you’re here : ) SN: Bangkok has been gentrified for over 15 + years now. Gentrified = (of a formerly poor urban area) changed in character by wealthier people moving in, improving housing, and attracting new businesses, typically displacing current inhabitants in the process.

That second property was awesome. Private elevator, much bigger size and storage. If you could rent both units on the same floor that would be the perfect setup, extra storage, office area, and an extra bed for friends to stay in. I can see why an American guy was renting it. I didn't even know they had units with private elevators in BKK. Let's see more of those.

The first apartment is stylishly furnished. If I were staying at least a month then I'd definitely be interested. Hotels only worth it if having a short stay like me.

$600 for 35 sq m is a lot I used to pay 20,000 baht for a furnished 5bdrm 4bath house in Udon Thani at thats was $550 a month at that time About 110 per bedroom and this condo is $600 for 1 bedroom Bubble I can get 2 bedrm two bath 70sq m in Hanoi for $310 a month Vinhomes Ocean Park BKK has inflated 3x.

Pattaya is cheaper and more walkable than Bangkok If u want to spend 800 to 1200 Pattaya is better If you want high end restaurants, can spend 1500 to $2000 and don't mind the poor air quality and traffic then Bangkok has some advantages I only need Bangkok 1 week out of 5 Four out of 5 in Pattaya works best for me Naklua is nice in Pattaya maybe 5 to 10 minutes from Terminal 21 Pattaya

So many of these fake $200 a month videos use their bimbo girlfriends to show units and they do a horrible job at it.
