Make sure that the rag you got from the car section is ok for you skin! They can add chemicals into it and it can burn/irritate your skin!

Costco has these face wipes that are like wet wipes but they are cleaners and cheap and you get a bunch of packages in one big box and I use it to wash my face and to clean off makeup

So one of the purposes for using a cloth rather than your typical make up cleaning Wipes, or solution, is to minimize on product waste. every wipe you use, gets thrown in the trash, and depending on what the wipes in it container are made of, they may never biodegrade, and just add to garbage and waste that is just going to take up space on the Earth. meanwhile, a microfiber cloth, or any cloth, can be used many times, and will never have to be thrown out and there would be less garbage because of that. Now, if you’ve tried cloth and microfiber cloth before, and it doesn’t work for you, and your skin, that’s fine ! You can always find other ways to minimize how much waste you produce.

@@WafflesandCiderXD yeah I did consider that and I have only used the wipes every other day and use a cleaner and clothe the days I don't use them (when I take showers) personally I just hate using the clothes and getting water all over me

Sewing cotton pads out of fabric scraps. Fun project I do it with my mom ( she has a sewing machine so it’s super fast” and you can just wash them and use them again. Cons is that you have to have fabric and even if you sew you may not have the right fabric at home. But it fun and I have used mine for a year and they are still getting makeup of my skin super well and are gentle. Plus I don’t have to buy Cotten pads win for the planet and for my wallet

Or cleansers make some people's skin break out worse... I use this cloth and never have trouble with acne. The second I put any cleanser, cleansing balm or micellar water, I break out. Not everything works for everyone. :)

Sometimes you can find a pack of 2 makeup eraser cloths at 5 below!! That's where I got mine and they hold up just as well as sephora but for $5 💙

@@mmmmmmmm1942 the blue towels, are made with microfibers that aren't safe for the skin, these microfibers are actually a lot rougher than you think and slowly over time start making micro tears in your skin that will start to hurt, especially on your eyes

I have a makeup remover gel thats like 2$ and i put water on a little towel then put the gel on it rub the towel together a little and then use the towel on my face

Lotion on a cotton pad, towel, Q-tip you can buy a cheap lotion in bulk and use it for your body and makeup
