Cheap Mod : all pickup combinations strat

I’ve tried to install this mod but I haven’t been able to get it to work and I have followed the diagram you put in the video is there any key points I’d need to double check were correct for it all to work, also what do I do about the wires that were connected from the volume and time knobs onto the 5 way switch

Did you usu on-off-on switches ? They are 3 position switches. Other than that, just follow the diagram carefully. The volume and tone pots can be connected in many wqys, but I suggest having a master volume and master tone (so, connected to the output lug on the diagram) and leave the third pot unconnected, or, if you know how to, make it a low pass filter.
