The start up and idle issues seems to be the 1.84 map as long as boost cut off issues, a lot of us have issues with that map, 1.6 should solve a lot of the problems with idle and boost cut off. Its all over the forums.

the weird blip it does on start ups seems pretty common on e9x n55s. mine did it for 3 years and had no other issues. only on warm starts and not every time. New hpfp and lpfp didnt change anything. No shadow codes or anything, and the car ran strong under WOT. found other owners with a similar issue, but still no idea

take off the intake and see if the intake ports in the head are clogged with carbon, then do the walnut shell fine grain media blast service and clean it up, direct injection sucks for carbon buildup, cause fuel isn't washing and cleaning the valves anymore.

I think this type of video is the way to go. I mean everyone got a car with lots of mileage. And there am too many OTT expensive mods the average person won’t be doing but if you said hey guys we can bring your car up to 2023 visuals and tech for £X,000 then I’d probably just do it! The KZbin car scene also love E9X cos it’s affordable for your viewer demographic than a dude who has a G80 and talks about stuff that the viewer won’t experience until the car is 10 years old or more!

When it comes to the HPFP for this car if you wanted to swap in a new one cant you just install the “updated N55” fuel pump kit that FCP sells? Cost only $300 considering this is an early N55 car.

I have a similar issue. On cold start idle is playing up/down for 3 minutes and after that is a perfect car. it shows a misfire on the first cylinder CODE: D1350_B0000000_01_010 and in BMW service they say I must change all 6 injectors BUT to find OEM in the UK is impossible ( only Chinese back one) and idk what to do, to be honest, if you can make some video to show how can deal with those injectors at all its will be great I like a lot all the video about E90,92,93 and helps a lot. ps2 can hit 550whp u can get a p750 that will max the internals and make better power on 93 than a ps2 on E
