The video quality seems to be almost as good as the Ring Stick Up Cam, the audio quality seems to be even slightly better. Well done for a low cost camera in its first generation. The app and the detection sensitivity has to be improved though and the false alert rate has to be fixed. Ring has to move forward and offer 2k video quality soon otherwise it will lose even more ground in the overall ranking thanks to new competitors like this.

Smart idea to review a low cost product to get a baseline for what we might be able to get away with for just the most basic need. Also, after I setup all the really expensive spotlight cams around my place, I started to feel vulnerable that the equipment was at risk of theft or vandalism. I went back and made them more secure and safer.

@@jasminebatista8954 I took out the original screws and replaced them with much longer ones. Then I additionally secured them with way too many nylon zip ties of different colors and lengths to blend so the entire setup would not look unsightly. Miraculously, my neighbors confessed they looked fine, even normal, after a close up inspection.

This camera has a good quality of material as well as video quality. The only problem I have with it is that if you want the person or car detection, you have to buy the cloud storage. Otherwise, the camera will record any kid of motion or sound. I think they are not clear, or maybe I missed this information from the advertisement.

Hi, can you tell me which security camera would be good for an apartment? I'm looking one or 2 that I can put inside the windows near my front and back doors. We're not allowed to screw anything in at this apartment complex. I was wondering about Blink but I'm not sure. But, their price is more in my budget.

Try a wyze camera just plug in. I have them in my windows and they work great. Have to buy an SD card no other cost unless you want to upgrade to pro. Cost around 30 dollars record in color also if used in a window go to setting an turn off the IR so you don't get glare.

Good eye…I miss that one..I guess I was focused on the numbered minutes. Anyways, it is not really recommended to choose that option at this time because if you do, you will get 2-3x more false motion notifications.

Blurams need to stop putting promotions into their app people pay for this. To have security just to have pop ups towards services people don’t want to get rid of their own ands and I don’t want banners just something to just work and I don’t want a $200 cash card and banners like that
