this is hands down the easiest and cheapest way Ive seen to make craters and exactly what I was looking for! thank you a lot! I would only recommend painting the center a bit darker maybe even a bit black to mimic charred earth or just to create some depth. Thanks mate and Cheers from Germany, now to build some sweet sweet destruction!

Thanks for the good content. Appreciated! Could you maybe think to add a simple list of all required elements (like carton board, types of glues, etc.) in the video description? That would help to make a quick shopping list before reaching a shop.

In some videos I do a bit of a list, generally when the materials are fairly complex. But I will try and do going forward. In this one for example, its corregated cardboard, aluminium/tin foil, pva, tissue, hot glue gun/super glue. Black, and two grey paints. (you could just do black and white), some flock or static grass and thats it. Heh writing it down makes it seem like a chunk. Thanks :)

NEAT STUFF like it me in midel i tack a lighter ir candel and do a scotch bit in center of it or flat black you get burnt bit if fresh gess older ones you have grass growing willl see more

Putting the cardboard base on last might have been a good idea - you didn't have to worry about it warping.
