That is a great observation... I love this story. The truth is it will only favour civil servants working with the government and other individuals with formal employment, which eventually goes back to the point you made that the rich will get richer. It will be almost impossible for a hustler who are the real suffer people (suffer head as Longe-Longe puts it) to get a spot in those complex...you know pays with docky palavar...they will request all documents related to employment including taxes...how is that possible for a hustler like you? Definitely not possible...what is regretting about this is that those big guys in Yaoundé will just put one on each child's name and relative...so in the end the big bosses in government will make things difficult for the ordinary man while their corrupt ideas will see one family having more than three of those apartments.

Exactly you said it all, that's why am so angry because am here paying more in a bed sitter room and people ending high salaries are staying in a cheaper house so how will people like us get big in Cameroon🤷‍♀️

One those days the truth will prevail when God’s will step in to save us. What’s very funny is that this small minded people take over the whole country and penalize the majority. hi Marie Im an old semi retired business man I support 5 families in Garoua approximately 25 people 3 families that have lost husbands and sons in the line of duty giving their lives to end the civil war there I do wonder though who is the worse evil of the two however as a JEHOVAH,S witness my stand is only God's kingdom that we ask in prayer to come can fairly honestly. and happily solve all our problems the kids of these military people are targets for revenge and to promote terrorism there are ways to make them safe I wont disclose those ways so they stay protected but at a huge cost im a new zealander and have been giving aid to these families in food rent light water medical hospital just this week 25/01/21 im sending 3 student nurses that I helped pay their final fees to graduate with degrees to cover their costs to go to yaounde to apply for work I saw your video on the apartment complexes and thought my new nurses their families and the widows of the fallen soldiers and their families may qualify believe me when I say I am just so sorry I cant help more I would if I could but I would appreciate your advice on other matters if possible your a breath of fresh air to the apathy I have been involved in only my love with my God JEHOVAH and his blessings keep me focussed on giving comfort and hope may he bless your efforts to darling

I love that country, but policies are irritating!!! You hear things like "connection" everywhere. Rubbish. This is something Rwanda started a few years back and now they have hundreds of thousands of such buildings and poor people can live in modern homes. I'm so disappointed with Cameroon's policies after traveling and living in many countries in Europe and Asia and seeing how governments help investors to make life easy for citizens.
