Walkera helicopters with torque tubes for 4 channel helis were better since it would give a good learning curve towards collective pitch helis that have torque tubes. Most of them do have flybars on it which is outdated, but you can take them off and make them flybarless, or already get a flybarless one like the Walkera V200D01. Too bad they’re all out of stock since 13 years ago. But every once in a while, they’ll pop up somewhere around for sale. I have a Walkera Uflys with me and I love it, although it’s old, I prefer it than any other beginner RC heli today.

This is where getting deeper knowledge of the technology can help mod the chopper for the better. Maybe weigh the current battery ( keep balanced) and use a voltmeter to see the polarity of the wires to get a better battery of the same weight, voltage and higher capacity by trading oem plastic prefitted battery out. The best feeling is scratch building your own design and it actually works.

3 hours really? Are you using a solar-powered emergency charging pack to charge it? Mine barely takes 30 minutes from completely discharged to fully charged when plugged into the wall charger. And I can get approximately 5 minutes flight time out of it

If you want a much better flying heli for beginners , get the RCERA C-129 V2 with the upgraded transmitter . It is fantastic little indoor flyer and very tough.

I would highly suggest flying outdoors because those propellers will leave some damage , if flying near something fragile !!!

I have a version of this by a different company (Hero copter) and it isn't nearly that stable. Incredibly hard to hover because it just tends to wander around too much. It is supposed to have a sensor in it that reads movement relative to the ground and corrects by the gyro but I don't think it works

Edited: Greetings i think i have a solution to your rc helicopter tonot crashing but theirs gonto have tobi some 3d edited to mount this system to thier n recreate it. On flying apsenvite drones thiers a crash feature so if a drone is flying n it will it not crash into a wall . The type of drone i think it is the one that can livatate in the air n dont move to wind the drone has a feature i think its call crash protection or something . I dont knoe the correct name but i know thisrs a crash sensor feature you can redesign n put it on that rc through a 3d printeing software. I apologize my grammer and spelling but i would do that feature to this rc if i had the software
