The buttons that beep when you click them are trim, if while hovering it goes to the right.. you trim it to the left. It's bad quality but there is some user error. Good video though :)

I didn't want to be obnoxious and mention the operator error thing. We had an undamaged unit out of the box, $29.99 Our boss was chasing us around like that thing was an Apache attack ship. First time he used one. We eventually put a camera on it and used it to inspect for open upper tier warehouse locations.

I have a similar one. It calibrate itself upon start, so it must be placed level to the ground, otherwise the gyro get messed up. Also, don't expect to be able to control any helicopter without a lot of practice, cheap or not. They don't work the same way as a drone. Even a "real" helicopter will require constant small adjustment input by the pilot to be stable.

Its a shame that came all beat up. You're right, coaxial helicopters are very susceptible to the wind. They need a no wind day or a large indoor space. That helicopter should have been very stable. It's probably tweaked somewhere. It seems to pull to one side and needs adjustment. They normally just hang in the air and with a little practice anyone can fly them. That is also kind of an awkward size, too big for most indoor spaces and not strong enough to handle wind. The mini helicopters of that same type are a little more practical since they can be easily flown indoors and are just as easy to handle. Try a Syma s107g they generally work well. For goofing around and general fun they are great. If you want to learn a 4 channel helicopter get a Blade 120 or something similar. They are easier these days with the auto level, teach you the correct controls, can fly in some wind and about $150 ready to fly.

I think the controllers antenna is damaged to much and also did you set the pitch and yaw on it. I would also change the propellers on it.

i had the small model of this, the controller works via IR leds (remember those from 1994 ? lol ) so u need to aim the controller directly to the led on the back of the helicopter of it dosnt work. most of the time is flying stuck on ur last command that reached the helicopter and slam a wall

I have one just like that one. It was a gift and was purchased at Wal Mart. Mine flys great. I found it works best if you pop it off the ground quickly. Maybe yours was damaged by a crash or in shipping. It does not fly like a Blade but it is still fun.

Coaxial helicopters in general are slaves to the wind. Especially when you get up into the size range. They are just gutless because of their design, not having a proper swash means that it is using a puny tail fan to move forward instead of the meaty mass of the main rotor blades. If you want something that can really get some good speed, a good beginner helicopter that I would recommend is the blade 120s or the goolrc c129. Or if you're really feeling brave, get the blade nano s3 or the blade bl2. Actually, the best beginner collective pitch helicopter in my opinion is the OMP hobby M1. Get the version with the OMP protocol and get their stock radio, that's what I recommend.

Drones use a gyro system that keeps them stable, even cheap ones. You must have them level when you plug the battery in, the legs on that will never set the gyros right. Also I JUST STARTED SKIPPING TYLERS POD CAST PLUG, A 50 SECOND SKIP AND YOU CAN TOO, AVOID THIS. However Good luck with it tyler

I got the "sky Rover king" for 40$ at Walmart. Only mine wasn't crushed😅. Just got it last night, and haven't flown it yet. The chopper is basically the same as the mini's you fly indoors. The only real difference is the controller

First the gyro won't allow the helicopter to take off from a tilted position. The tilted position is as a result of one of your landing gears which doesn't sit straight. Once you fix that I bet you your flight will be smooth.

Its IR controlled. Best flown in a dark room in your house. Sun interferes as well as other lights. It needs to start from a level position to have a smooth take off.

I had an E-Sky like that. It got damaged badly that is why you are struggling. It also is an indoor RC helicopter. E-Sky folded though so there are no spares available so mine is junk.

Its good you got the the smash up helicopter you said in video his back moter propeler is got bended thats why it cant fly well i broughts same helicopter from a rc shop and it works good as new the shiping is bad not the helicopter

It will not fly in the wind! The little tail rotor just does not have enough power to control pitch in wind or even with the A/C going indoors.

If you really want a good cheap rc helicopter, get the WL toys V911. It’s 4 channel and I paid $40 and free shipping. It flies great, I can’t recommend it enough.

I've had a similar cheap helicopter an it took afew hours to charge even tho the charger said it's done. Then I bought a small hobby grade helicopter, I reccomend the Blade mcx2 around $100.00 if anything breaks you can fix it although its built not to break just bounce. You can also buy more battier so you can keep flying. No down time just let it cool off. Those tiny motors heat up. Btw it takes 4 battiers in the remote it's not 1994

It is a good heli, but it was damaged so possibly it messed with the fly bar. And it is an inside heli and you can't hover 3ch helies well and is not stable as a quad because they have balace on all corners makeing it stable.

Those buttons were trim buttons and you adjust them till you can get the helicopter to hover without moving, then you fly the machine. Try again!!! Please and any questions reach out to me and I’ll help. It will fly but it needs to be trimmed right!!

The trail rotor has no motor and does nothing. It is for looks. The twin rotors and fly bar make it work. Try straightening up the landing gear and taking off in a flat hard surface using moderate throttle. You're going to have to fly that one. It has no assist.
