One of the reasons I rolled a ranger. Much cheaper to get a build together. The sorc will live one day, just gotta farm for it LOL

Quick note on "delirious": in PoE1, each % of delirium make the mobs do increased damage, take less damage, and increases quantity and rarity. Unsure what it is in PoE2 though but I'm going to guess they just copy pasted it for now
