Summer of 1987 saw them the first time at Six Flags Mid America. Before the show the crowd started throwing everything throwable when the stage was delayed a few minutes. Stuffed animals st first then chips and soda and pretty much anything all in random directions. I remember crouching down looking up and seeing stuff flying in all directions. Someone nearby got hit with a big cup of soda but wasnt hurt. Went on for a good 5-10 minutes. It was pandemonium until they announced the show will start when the throwing stops. It stopped instantly and the curtain opened with "Hello There..." and it was an amazing show!

Ikr, and this interview was in 1979. In the early 2000's I think Rick said he has over 400 guitars in his collection!!! 😱

@@gailm9908 Cool. I've seen them over 25 times live since the very first time seeing them in San Francisco in August of 1977 when they were the opening act for KISS. Great & fun entertaining band. They always put on a great show! Enjoy!!!!! 👍🎸🥁
