latency-free monitoring! I would not consider this a great main mic by any means but I think it sounds ok all things considered. Wouldn't mind having one as a spare/travel mic.

Need that dead cat on the mic to get rid of the wind. But it sounds better than the in camera mic. Frequency response is pretty good for such a small mic. Looked like there might have been a little latency on the camera test. Cool mic tho.

I have not tried all of those. Comica and Deity I have. Based on sound samples and videos, I go rode. But that’s just an educated guess. On the new Exhorder now! If you haven’t listened to SpiritWorld Deathwestern….high recommend from me
