Okay, I know people are not so interested in this. But I have to put it out there man. The expensive one is made with breast chicken. White meat - high in protein - low in fat - tastes thick and blank. Great for health. Cooks pretty fast The midium one is made with thigh chicken. Dark meat - more fat - fat melts and makes it more juicier and tastier as the flavours seep into the meat. Great on tongue. Longer cooking time by the way
