Your camera work and editing is boss level. Had to share my experiences with this. I’ve had my second gen for 14 years. It’s my daily. I live in New England. I’m on my second aluminized exhaust. I got the mbrp installer series twice. I painted both systems, so I scrubbed down the entire exhaust, used a whole can of high temp primer and a whole can of high temp black paint, clamps, everything. The first exhaust lasted 8-9years! Like 200k miles. I know 4 guys that were putting on flashy polished stainless exhausts on their trucks, of varying manufacturers that year and they were all rusting off in that same time frame. They were understandingly PISSED. One of my previous mechanics, was one of the very first guys to get 1000hp out of a single turbo vp44, no nitrous. This was 10-12 years ago. The trucks name was misery. On his quest, he tried multiple exhaust set ups to unlock any ponies as possible. I remember that they concluded that with diamond eye, he lost 15-20hp. They did three pulls for any change they did, put a different exhaust on and he got it back. That being said, dynos were not what they are today, also I wasn’t there. But I thought it might be relevant.

I have a straight pipe on my 01 and I love it. It is my daily driver and I smile every time I get on it. When towing up hills with a good size load it is extremely loud.
