Hi there! There are mainly two ways: 1. If you want to use electronic money card, you can purchase one at the minimarkets available at the airport, which you can see on the way to the bus stop (such as Alfamart and Indomaret). There, you can simply ask the cashier whether they sell “e-money cards” 2. If you want to use QR code to pay, you need to download an e-wallet app or an Indonesian bank app. If you are a tourist who doesn’t plan to stay there long-term, just download the first option (example: Gojek, OVO, DANA). There, you create your account and top up your e-wallet balance there using your cards. From there, you can use the QR code scanner feature from the app to scan the QR code plastered inside the bus to pay for the fare. Hope this helps!

Untuk Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, sebenarnya TransJakarta sudah menyediakan rute SH1 untuk umum yang menghubungkan Bandara Soekarno-Hatta ke Kalideres. Namun, memang masih ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan layanan tersebut masih kurang populer di masyarakat, contohnya jam operasional rute ini hanya di pagi hari dari Kalideres, karena rute ini sebenarnya diperuntukkan untuk para karyawan yang bekerja di bandara saja. Namun, Bandara Soekarno-Hatta tetap memiliki alternatif moda transportasi umum lain yang bisa digunakan, seperti layanan Railink yang menghubungkan bandara ke beberapa stasiun di Tangerang, Jakarta Barat, serta Jakarta Pusat. The easiest way to pay the fare is by using an electronic money card, which is a card issued by banks in Indonesia that you can top up the balance. It is used not only to pay for public transport fares but also for other things like toll roads, parking, and even parks! Hi! Thanks for asking; yes, you can bring a 28-inch suitcase into the bus, as the baggage room next to the driver's seat should be big enough. Just make sure that you put the suitcase horizontally (the wheels are not touching the floor).
