We have one of these and it works fine. It's just not nearly as easy to use as a dropper with the lever. I find you only use it at the top or bottom of a run

Exactly. Depending on what kind of ride are you are, it’s all you need, or it isn’t. If you have your seat up while you are climbing up the hill, then you drop it and go down the hill, it’s fine. If you’re constantly popping it up and down, then you should get one with a handlebar control.

I have one in 27.2 on my mountain bike and it’s a nice solution. Heavy, slow, hard to push down, kinda dangerous if you’re dropping while on the move, but it’s cheap and works!

Yes. It’s way better than not having a dropper post, but not as good as one with a handlebar control.

It’s hard to tell without knowing what size your bike is, but I think it would work, but I’m not sure. I’d have to see the actual product and know what size your frame is. I think it would work because it says that it has adapters for a US bottom bracket. Your bike probably has the US sized loose ball bearing style bottom bracket. If it’s possible to contact the company, you could send them a message telling them, the measurements of your bottom bracket and they could tell you yes or no.

Definitely. I put those on my bird bike, and I gave it to my son when he moved out of my house, so I don’t have any at the moment.
