If you're going to get rid of some of your old mugs--id go back and get the gingerbread boy!! Gingerbread things have always been your thing, so I'd go back and get the boy! The thing about the shape of the gingerbread mug is that the rounded edge seems to make the coffee drip down the side of the mug while your are drinking it.

Great haul! As for the ribbon colors....1st is blue, 2nd is red, 3rd is yellow, 4th is white. (I enter my photography in our local photo exhibit every year and that's the colors they've used)

I bought those wood letters but I’m painting mine moss green. We have 4 dogs so I bought 4 white fur stockings for them this year. My mantle is decorated in Norfolk pine garland and whiter white and gold. So the wood letters will be painted green and I may dry brush gold around the edges so it all is cohesive. Now I need to look for that nutcracker mug. Marie, you’re killing me with the cuteness!! 😂

White Ribbon was third, when I was a kid and I am now 61 and still the same. I got it for the breast stroke in swimming comp. I stay away from grinch, gingerbread anything and peppermint. For Christmas I do Rustic, cottage, farmhouse with tartan plaid tree skirt and got away from the red and black buffalo plaid. Next weekend I start to bring out my 12 totes of Christmas. Kids will not let me bring in any more mugs since there are no room for them lol.

I think for the picture that you got for your kitchen you should put the red bow behind it you know how you hang a picture and it looks like it's hanging from the bow and the top of the bow is on the top of the picture on the wall on the bottom of the bow is on the bottom.

I think i would go flat black. I would use a matte finish poly. Butcher block would be nice in the future. ❤️

If you put a picture behind your stove an it doesn't have any glass to protect the picture. Use dishwasher safe mode put a few layers on an then your picture will be able to get wiped down without ruining the picture. Great finds. TFS Sweetie Hug's 💙🫂🌻🦋🥰
