Are you still using the PixelOS July 2022 build? If yes I will daily drive it. I was using Project elixir 2.1 and everything was fine for a couple days but then I ended up with random reboots. Every couple minutes too.

Sound delay wise they're more or less the same. Sony's are more bassy than JBLs. Not sure about the tune 130nc but I recently reviewd the c115s and they're pretty decent.

You can't claim a software not working in Windows if a functionality is failing... this might be a classic case where you don't have proper drivers installed for your phone.

Elite 3 has APT X, so audio quality wise bit better, but I personally didn't like them. I can't make a video because they belong to a friend of mine.

I'm testing out Paranoid Android, it's an OG. Will post a video soon. There's no best ROM at the moment. Regarding recommended TWS under 4k, you can go with the Jabra Elite 3. It's quite good, but the sound quality was not to my liking.
