We stay in Sharjah Al Majaz waterfront area abd the rents here are not this cheap at all! A decent 1bhk is nothing less than 28 to 30k (furnished)… I really wanna know where these apartments are located which u r mentioning… looking to change if such cheap options are available in real! Heyi this was through Bayut.com and we mentioned about unfurnished apartments as furnished are obviously expensive comparatively. Also we made it very clear that it depends on the size, building, amenities and location /view from the apartment etc... The motive is to show the cheapest ones so people with low income, can find something in their budget...
