For a couple - basis living expenses will be 12k aed , 1bhk, 5seater regular car,i kid But by living in that heat and isolation you need getaways more often than in India and those mostly cost 6-12k per 3 day trip and you would at least want to save 10k aed per month so combined salary of aed25k is needed

Quite accurate figures. Recently returned after living in Dubai for three years as a family of 3. Due to Covid, we benefited from forced savings.......Housing in Al Nada and Al Qusais area is also quiet decent and affordable. You could add one more common expense-drinking water. We paid around AED 150 p/m for drinking water. Overall, quite a pleasant and informative video.

I m in Dubai now . Really it's very expensive 😔 my brother had a flat in which a rent he had to pay 55000 DHR a yearly for 2000 sqft. Everything is expensive 😔 and when ever we go out we have to pay car parking and salik 4 dhr. In some route. But it is very highly advanced and develop only for rich people can enjoy life . Lot of freedom and discipline we get to see. It is heaven in the place on earth. Here local Arabic people r very helpful and very nice. Many people from the world to see with different language and ascent. No tention no headache. But people can't save money.

Its certainly not possible to maintain family or even husband wife at AED 4000. Good school start around AED 2000 per month, but British school, where most Indian expacts want their kids to go to, it starts at AED 4500 per month, more like 5-6000 per mont. Going out costs more than AED 100. If you take 1 movie, popcorn and fast food at food court, it's more like AED 100 per person. An average restaurant like Chilli's or equivalent would cost AED 80-120 per person, a better restaurant can go AED 150 to AED 350 per person. High end restaurants go higher than that. These are prices without alcohol. Housing can be expensive and good middle class area for a 2 BHK is 70k - 120k a year. The prices in the video are on the lower side. It's certainly possible to live in that cost benchmark, however, it would lower side of middle class living.

@mosa748 Well, in UAE restaurants like Chilli's, Applebee's, TGIF, etc, position themselves as slightly more premium than in the US, where they are entry-level chain restaurant. Actually, in UAE Chilli's has average rating of 3.5 out of 4. This is a common trend, like Nando's is a fast food chain in the UK, is positioned as more of a sit-in restaurant in UAE.

If u live in Sharjah get a studio .. it costs you 1200 a month water elec bill 600 max grocery 900 max pick n drop facility from ofc in dubai to sharja 200 per month, 200 wifi . So total 3100 in budget basic living exp for couple . Now take extra 900 for outings once or twice in a month . It's 4000 total in which a couple can liv in sharja which is close to dubai. So even you r earning 10k you can still save 6k a month which is almost 1.2 lacs ind rupees . Rest depends on you how much you want to spend there is no end to that .

Very wide range going up to British, IB and American schools charging 75,000 AED and even 110,000 AED per kid per annum. Car is expensive to maintain. Try to stay near METRO and use a taxi. Purchases to take to india comes around 2000-3000 per year depending on person. Then medical related expenses, everything is not free in insurance, grocery bill calculated is minimum, it will come around 1500dhs, then you will need to buy dress, footwear etc for you and your family which comes around 200-300 per month calculated yearly average, mobile calculated is for ine person and dewa bill can go higher as water cost is on higher side. Overall you should consider 50% more than what is mentioned here in this video.

Couple + Teenage Son and Or Daughter : Add Min 15K AED/Child = 55K-60k AED/Month With Single Teenage Son and/or Daughter 4. Couple + Parents Any Side ( 1-2 Person Added ) and No Kids : Min 50K AED /Month 5. Like this keep adding-on with on an average of 5-7% Inflation /annum So Final Question Would be : That Which Or What Kind/Type of Job and Or Profession Can Give Such Consistent Earnings ? Live as per your priority, if need family near by then go back to your country. Else there are plenty of countries to go and retire.
