Really nice, Tim. For only 23-24 dollars, you get plenty of food and it all looked good. Seems like they are fast to replenish, which is a huge buffet plus in my opinion. Great video.

Most people go to Walgreens and pick up a cheap coffee maker.... approximately $10. Hotels now can charge up to $20 for a coffee pot. Enjoy your meal. Good price for so many choices. Definitely, a better option for visitors.

That's a really great deal - that's an impressive selection of food for only $23, particularly on a weekend (around here in NY most buffets are about $24 more expensive than their usual prices on the weekends).

I noticed same thing Tim mentioned about Imperial Buffet. It cost twice as much and they are very slow to refill the lobster tray and it often sits with only tiny morsels or empty shells left in the tray but they manage to keep fried rice and noodles topped off, probably since it fills you up and cheap for them

I wish I saw this video before I took my friend out last week. You reminded me of how the best Asian buffet places are on the east side of town. Half the price of what we paid closer to Flamingo Blvd. Well stocked and well kept. I think the reason fried bananas are common in Asian buffets, it's part of Southeast Asian cuisine and it's an alternative side dish for Latino patrons, just like they have pizza for American patrons or kids.

A very decent spread for $23! The sushi pizza looked quite intriguing. I personally love the “grease bombs” especially when they are filled with hot red bean paste - my favorite!! Glad you got one fresh out the fryer.

@Tim Lee , you have the taste of an Asian American. I'm not Asian but I have been to China, Korea and Thailand and eat where the locals eat. I wouldn't touch fried rice if you gave me $100.00. You would find yourself going to tourist traps, where the food is not as good. A criteria for finding good food as a foreigner is to eat at places where there are no foreigners. That applies everywhere but is most important in Korea, China and Thailand.

I tried this buffet yesterday (A Friday at 4:30) and while I might go back for the small crab legs, it wouldn't be for the Lobster, the Lobster was just pieces of lobster that had zero lobster meat in them, they were covered in some kind of sauce which made even trying to open them futile. The Price after service charge and tax was $31, not $23

If you are looking for quantity not quality, this is the place to go to.......I'm not saying the food is bad, but the expensive seafood for instance is mixed and blended with low cost ingredients to make you think that you getting a good deal......As for myself, It's just a Chinese Buffet that I would go to myself and fill up on my favorite items......Thanks Tim, I truly enjoy your posts......

Tim, is that really an egg roll or spring roll. In Boston here, we usually call it a spring roll. Spring rolls are wrapped in flour wrapper, where its egg rolls are wrapped in thicker wrapper. Besides, the spring roll is all vegetables inside and the egg roll is all meat inside. Lastly spring roll are slimmer and the egg roll are much wider. Have a safe flight back to Vancouver Canada . Keep up the good work 👏

In Vancouver, we only have spring rolls here. We have lots of savvy Chinese food diners (high Asian population). They are thin skinned, crispy but can be filled with a mixture of meat and vegetables. From my understanding, Americans call them all egg rolls no matter where they are, and at more Westernized Chinese food restaurants, they have that thick skin and often quite thick. So I think because Tim was in the States and because it had more westernized food and probably had that thick skin, he used the term egg roll. When I'm travelling, I will also use the local lingo. It's nice to hear that Americans in Boston use the term spring roll for some, because none of them contain egg anyway. There are definitely Westernized dishes around (most restaurants will do both because they have people asking for those dishes) but generally the line is drawn at the spring roll. In a Vietnamese restaurant, we would call them spring rolls but of course, they are totally different from the Cantonese ones and are a Vietnamese dish. In the UK, they might then call the Vietnamese non-fried translucent skin ones summer rolls, but here we call it a salad roll which is nice because it's very clear what you mean.

The location on Sahara has been pretty dirty for years. I haven't even tried to go post covid, but it's probably the same. It was incredibly busy for dinner and almost impossible to grab lobster or crab. Same thing as Krazy Buffet with the entire restaurant just hovering around the crab.
