It s not real ghee, I am not saying this shop is bad, in most of the shop and sweet shops all using ghee essence. Go to waltax road behind central railway station in Chennai many essence shop are there, u ask for ghee essence they will give you and u mix it with oil, dalda or any food u prepare it will look and give you ghee flavour. It is unhealthy for all of us. Please do not consume this and spoil your health. Buy good quality butter and extract ghee at home, which will cost you around Rs 700-800 for making 1 kg ghee.

@@naveenraj7589 Quality ghee you can get from Giri & Co in parrys kothaval chavadi market, Venkateswara shop in Pursaiwalkam high road near madhar sha tank bus stop, also one shop in triplicane and Vadapalani shop near Shivan temple. All the four shops are 50-60 yrs old shops, they only sell quality products prepared by tradional method, we generally use to buy from the 1st two shops which s always good to my knowledge of 35+ yrs. Before that my grandparents & my parents use to buy from here.
