I've to say that indian have tasty food and also in fair price. Man, this is like tenth or twelve Indian food video I got recommended after watching the first Indian food video on random. Street food is always tasty because they use iron/stone mortar or seel batta for the grinding of raw masalas and herbs. As for the dry masalas, haldi and chili powder are used. Nowadays we have become lazy to use mortar or seel batta, sometimes don't even use the mixie. We only use the dry fake powdered masalas from big companies in small pouches. The big companies are the gainers through the common persons. I would suggest please use the mixie at least for grinding all the fresh whole masalas and herbs if not the mortar or seel batta. It is healthy & tasty this way, regards.
