I was sleeping in this tent somewhere wild in Belguim and this night had a crazy rain. This tent didnt even leaked after 4hrs of rain.

To be honest: for my last trip I got another, bigger tent so all our bike bags would fit in. This tent is just a bit too small for me when going on a longer bike adventure. Well, if you are together. Might use this one on a solo adventure.

It is quite small, we had it on the back of our bikes, in a waterproof bag.

Great aerial video. Were people distancing in stores, restaurants and such? Any concerns with Covid over this journey?
@Fietsvlogger4 жыл бұрын
Brent Irvine I was surprised how many people were distancing - despite the bad reports. Some don’t care at all, but the majority is doing its best. And most restaurant/campsite/shop owners take the rules seriously.

Good you noticed that last paragraph about the environment. Hope on more frequently videos

Thanks. Some outdoor brands, like Vaude, take the environment into consideration, but more brands should do that. I have got many more ideas for videos, sometimes it’s hard to find the time though, but I’ll do my best! Thanks for watching again! 🚴🏼♀️

Mooie video en mooie omgeving om te bezoeken. Zeeland, dicht bij Belgie en eigenlijk zo veel mooier en rustiger dan de Belgische "volgebouwde" kustlijn.

I was thinking about buying that tent for my main tent for backpacking. I have one 2 person tent which i gave my little brother and i usualy use 3 person tent. Can you give mi some insight about this tent, i have watched all decathlon tents and i liked that one the best, because you can take rainfly off and sleep just under the mosquito mesh and watch stars at night. Also i only put rainfly over when it rains or its cold. My 3 persont tent sometimes needs more ground than i can find in places i go. Also i dont want one person tent because i like to sleep with my backpack in. Also i need more tents because i bring people camping with me and i dont like sharing tent. What are downsides of that tent?
@Fietsvlogger3 жыл бұрын
Downsides... well, I guess you should treat it a bit better than more expensive tents, because some parts are made of plastic and could easily break, poles might not be that strong either. But apart from that I think it is a tent that does the job pretty well. Especially for that price. One more thing: It doesn’t have many pockets inside, so places where you can put your small items such as a watch etc.

If you took your tent to a charity shop you could leave a note with it saying it had been camped in and found to be waterproof in rainy conditions.

@@Fietsvlogger Thank you thank you Excellent answer. On my side on this MH100 tent. I removed the rods in favor of a single walking pole.. My tent has been outside in my garden for 35 days.. Lots of rain and very strong wind.. No problems outside or inside no rainwater, no humidity. Only very comfortable inside and plenty of room for bivouac equipment. I have many photos but how can I send them to you? Thank you again, good luck to you.

This is a normal price for a tent. Many manufacturers greatly overestimate the prices of their products, marketing, and greed...
