Great video dear! Some people are saying it is hard for them to switch the ON/OFF button. I just ordered this camera. What did you use to flip the switch on?

Yes I saw that complaint online as well. You just press the top right corner button and it comes back on it wakes up the camera.

How does the on/off switch work? I bought this b/u camera after seeing your recommendation. Can't figure out how the on switch gets pushed on and monitor not pairing with the camera. Getting a second one in case this one is a lemon. Do you have any suggestions since you are the pro. Have a great day.

I keep the back up camera on the on position 24 seven it doesn’t really make sense how they manufactured it because the bat the on off switch is all the way in the back and once you put it on the vehicle you can’t turn it on and off anymore so if you ever want to turn it off you actually have to remove the whole thing and then switch to the off switch because you can’t access it on the vehicle. There are two sides that say on off because you can actually flip the camera upside down so they give you the option to place the on off switch on either side. You have to slide the switch on and it’s kind of hard to access but once you do it keep it there. Have you charged the camera first? At first mine wasn’t doing anything but I charged it first and then it worked.

The disadvantage of using a battery powered camera is limiting your viewing time. Perhaps if this limitation is not for you then you can get one that uses 12 volts, possibly from the power of the licence plate illumination.

Yeah I hope it lasts me a long time. I do think it’s worth it for however long it lasts. A lady who lived across the street from my grandmother ran over a little kid and the kid died. However long it lasts me, it’s worth it.
