When a person sings songs like this it’s from a experience that they went thru. And that’s what make it touches the heart, and Angie Stone sings this song so beautiful. She’s a very underrated Artist.

Lawdy, lawdy this sista can really sing! She has a loyal following and I'm definitely a loyal fan, but she should be a mega star with that soulful voice. I've listened to this song more times than I can count! It's a classic and so is she! Love you, Angie.

This is what it sounds like when you have a story to tell...singing from the heart, singing from life....you put the pieces back in place and find a strength you may not have even known was ALWAYS there, I love this song & video! Ain't nothing sad here..."no more rain in THIS cloud." Brother Man on the keyboard harmonizes VERY well with Angie. The two Sisters are excellent in their own right. Angie is on hit...I love this song! Thanks for making it possible~

I bought the CD (Black Diamond) back around 2000. Hearing and seeing this video raised my respect for her talent (which wasn't lacking before). This live performance shows her in full soul power mode - expressing real emotion, with the special texture of her vocal sound. Outstanding.

Angie Stone can sang her ass off!!!! This has got to be probably my favorite song by Angie and I repeat this song. Angie sounds like a modern day Betty Wright. When you sound good live that's how you know you can sing.

I have been a fan of this wonderful lady for many years now, I have had the pleasure of going to see her live on a few occasions and never left disappointed she is fantastic live, she is such a wonderful talent and it is such a shame she has never really been reconised for it - she is up there in my opinion with Luther Vandross, Anita Baker, etc, etc, well I love and appreciate her blessed talent lol x
