@bassivity The trick is that U use the hip to twist in. The shoulders are not making the spinn - just the hips. its like a 540 kick with only the right hip. U go high in the air with the left leg and then spinn using the right hip. like a stepover hook with a cheat setup...

@GoldVision Im happy to help. The pump means U get the spinn with Ur hips. Not shoulders. Go in the air with Ur kicking leg and spinn using Ur nonkicking leg-hip. Then kick.

I used to play footy but into tricking and wushu, i love the marine blue and lime mv4 and the orange and ash, btw awesome 720 kick, um struggling with the rotation. some 720s i land nut others are more like a 630?? do u follow the same steps like the 540 pump but skip over and hook or just outside 360 spin. i can't decid3e which one looks better

Yea I used to to Taekwondo. With tkd U can get great kicks with time. But U can train tkd kicks on Ur own. Check some tutorials and train every day. Thers a guy on yt who has nice tutorials - Kwonkicker - . Check out his films for good instructions ;)

@ronaldo17ist I watched Ur vid. And U need to go higher and further with Ur left knee while taking of. It should be at its highest in the direction the following 540/720hook will go. Ur jumping off much to early.

While a decent kick. The kick is off balance, if you don't believe me, kick a bag and watch you fall.. and your ending head whip could get you knocked out.. I suggest you perfect the Chinese split.. Your flexibility is your issue.. also once you start initializing the kick, pull your left knee in closer to your chest for more spin power, and speed.. I know you didn't ask me. But I thought I'll try to help ya out before you break your foot trying to kick something with an improper technique.. IJS

Lol, I don't think the 720 kick is for real fights, it's just for display. Technically, you don't have to practice it with a punching bag.

excellent , but u gotta get a hair cut kid, maybe try a lil harder by making your upper body a lil more parallel with the ground on the actually kick. i just srated tkd after 23 yrs and those kicks did not exist back then. GREAT STuff, but u gotta get a hair cut
