could you explain how ingun's legs move for multiple twists? it looks like his legs overlap each other. I see alot of other korean TKD practitioners kick like that for cheat kicks and they pull off crazy speed with it.

actually the cheat setup is 360, then you spin 360 in the air, and the kick adds 180. so 360+360+180=900. that’s how the ideology is used in tricking and other kicks such as cheat 10, cheat 12, and higher

One small detail to note: what you described is an 'overcheated' cheat 900. The cheat setup is supposed to be only 180 degrees. Therefore, for a non-overcheated cheat 900 , you spin 540 degrees in the air instead of just 360. The sum of rotations is still 900 degrees but you spin more in the air and so it's harder doing cheat 900 this way. This is also why cheat 900 is sometimes called 540 round kick- because there's 540 degrees of actual mid-air rotation.

No in a good cheat 900, you pivot 180 + 540 air +180 landing but that guy did not even do the kick correctly. He’s kicking WAY too early and you aren’t suppose to do that it is TERRIBLE form
