Apex makes me feel like I’m not allowed to have fun. Continuously being forced to carry in every game mode available is extremely disheartening. Gaming in general doing this makes me feel like it just isn’t for me anymore.

Billion-dollar publisher can't give their small indie company extra cash to hire an actual team of people to focus on reports and cheating. But let someone in the ALGS zone like ImperialHal complain about cheating then Hideouts suddenly remembers he has a job.

FYI, there's massive cheating on all platforms not just PC in PRED lobbies I'd be willing to bet its 75% of the player base by now, if Respawn doesn't do anything because they would lose the majority of thier player base

Console player statement. Near the end of last season I tried seeing what Brazil servers were like because I saw clips of Silvers-Plats matching Masters-Preds in Brazil and I was curious to see if I could get into Pred lobbies on those servers, played about 12 games on Sao Paolo servers and almost every game, probably 9 or 10 of them, ended up being 2-3 teams of active "Masters and Preds" teaming together to run the lobby until they were the last few squads then farming each other for KP. Game is currently plagued with people KP farming on low Pop servers to hit Master/Pred and on my own server (St. Louis) probably 1 out of every 3-4 games I run into people using Xim or Cronus and it's obvious when you see them. They always have questionable game sense/movement in the open but absolutely insane beams on people extremely far away and somehow their movement evolves when they're near walls because they'll go from not stowing their weapons or sliding to and from cover when they're in open areas to wall bounce gods when they're in buildings or by a wall. Something about players not having good game sense or standard movement but somehow having near perfect aim on people they can barely see and being wall bounce gods at the same time is just beyond fishy. Idk man, just disheartening when you're climbing the ranks legit and trying to improve with your own skill just to have someone shit on you because they're using external hardware to gain a literal unfair advantage on you.

Apex Legends should have been a paid game, not free to make it as costly as possible to get caught. Also they need 1000s of people banning cheaters not just 1 guy Hideouts. Get rid of them permanently ban their IP addresses make it so it costs 100s of dollars each time instead of " oh darn new account and download be back on in 30 mins" lol

Hopefully with the new system update cheats will be easier to detect and cheaters will be banned or removed from matches quicker. With how old Apex is, I don’t blame Respawn for not doing anything with cheaters now, creating a new system entirely takes work, and because Cheaters have been in higher numbers, they are having their fun now because they know the new system is coming out, and it will be a cheaters downfall. I hope they have a system like CODs anti cheat, bullets from a cheaters gun does nothing to a legit player or little to no damage at all. There are only a hand full of cheaters that only play on pubs, do test runs on cheats, just to have fun, not ruin Ranked games, and are not cheaters that do it because they are such ego filled pricks which are 99% of cheaters on this game. It would be awesome to have someone host a all cheater lobby in customs. Or do mini games where 1 cheater goes up against a whole lobby of preds. Or have a mini game where you can glide up a zip and charge rifle people. Make it fun with out ruining the official game. If a handfull of people hosted these kinds of lobbies I bet you it would reduce the amount of cheaters you see in pubs and ranked. I doubt respawn would want that but it would be a alternative.

Wouldn't count on the new system doing jack squat. With Respawns track record of not fixing any major problems being a predictor it will likely do little to nothing to solve the problem. Just being realistic, they are a low effort company because they make enough money to hire minimal staff and make minimal fixes.

Once it's more in the public eye that's when they have to do something. I see your point that I am getting easy RP in those lobbies but it honestly isn't a big deal in my eyes. Like I said I'm not doing it so often that I am taking a pred spot. This footage was from about 4 or 5 matches on those regions.
