Thomas is such a talented young guitarist. Damiano nearly did drown whilst making the video, they put weights on his ankles so he would sink, but rather overdid it. I think they had fathomed it out by the third take.. I’m old too and am so excited by some real music and songs, without autotune, pitch correction and real analogue instruments. They are genuinely lovely people too, if you catch any of their interviews. love it and thank you.

Great reaction, Scott! Let me tell you something (because i know it now, as a fact), in every single song of them you listen, you will say "This song reminds me something"! Because they touch various genres and styles, and because they mostly "walk" over Rock/Pop, where there isn't much more to be invented. Some of their key things are diversity and intensity. And there's something unique you won't find anywhere similar: Damiano's voice! Enjoy the journey, and keep on going into the rabbit hole!

Thomas and the band was collaborating with Tom Morello at the time, they got along really well and I can see Thomas being inspired by Tom while writing The Loneliest. I think you should see them live now, cause live is where they really shine, they have an amazing chemistry and charisma. ive been a fan since winning the euro 21 but im a big fan of their italian songs and i dont undeerstand italian , their italian songs are mastepieces like parole lontane, venti anni, etc. their latest songs in english are also masterpieces . sir you should give SAN REMO musical event a listen , its over now but wow. italy is so far musically then any musical in the u.s. im from south america give me italian music than any english ones now.

Specifically that very performance because it is accompanied by a symphonic orchestra.. the song is beautiful in itself but reaches the masterpiece level with the orchestra arrangement.
