What a beautiful dog. I’ll give her a home anytime. Bugger the garden, I’m admiring the dog.

I’m on the south coast of WA and grow capsicums and chillies in a Dutch bucket hydroponic system and they are coming up to 4 years old. Heavy pruning in winter and I’m able to pick before Christmas. Thanks for your show

I thought I might share how I have learned to grow them in grow bags. Buy a big pot saucer. I used 7 gallon grow bags as they fit really well. Once they have established, just keep topping up the saucer. I really struggled with my capsicums in grow bags, until I put them in saucers as I was going away. Came home and they loved being watered from the bottom, so I left them and they have thrived and fruited wonderfully.

@@eltsac9319 thanks for that great tip, I really struggle with grow bags here in SA because they dry out so quickly

Great encouragement, I had limited success in pots last year, so I put then in a garden bed permanently this year. They are definitely doing better, but now I'm having issues with blossom end rot and fruit flies. I bought some of your Fruition fluit fly traps to try and fix at least one of the problems!

I've had amazing success this year growing long yellow and California Wonder capsicum in pots with your recommended mix of Coco pith and planting mix. Some plants have up to 8 fruit on them. Maresi!

We've managed to be able to over winter our standard and candy cane capsicum and all our chilli's in pots for 4 + years now and never do more than top up soil with worm casting and pea straw and still to pump out way more than we can use.
