I have read Alma Katsu! I really liked The Wehrwolf by her which was a similar sounding WWII story to the Ferver. I also read The Deep by her but didn't care for that one. The Wehrwolf should be Free with Prime reading so technically you wouldn't be buying it! (If you have prime or could borrow someones) Fun fact Alma Katsu is a former CIA and NSA senior data analyst.
