@ Amazon has all sorts of radio frequency conductor gels and the reviews are very helpful for getting the right texture. Right now I have one made my Oeneis and the gel is a little thicker/clumpier than I’d like. It smooths out fine in a few seconds but it’s annoying at first, but it did come in an affordable 2 pack

It would’ve helped to see a side by side comparison picture before and after . It was hard to tell if there was a difference

The probes on mine literally started sparking and a snap, crackle, pop noise could be heard coming from my device. It hurt! Customer service said it was a build up of gel on the probes, but I was using the normal amount and I cleaned it after each section on my face. Now I'm terrified to use it. So disappointed. 😭
