As it pertains to these postcards, 3 cent postage ran from July 1932 to August 1958. Two earlier periods were also 3 cents - 1863 and 1917. I had to look it up. I’m a nerd.

There are a number of youTube channels with excellent info about postcards. SMPostcards and Mailseum are just 2 examples. And in my experience, postcards buyers are some of the best customers. Half of my postcards are foreign but I have none from Greece. You peaked my interest.

Have you considered running a few auctions like you did with video games in order to determine what the marketplace really is? Or is it your belief that these particular buyers aren't necessarily auction buyers?

Yes, I tried that. I think it only works if you’ve got several hundred collectors following your store. Some do it, but they’ve been in the game for decades, in many cases

I guess the double digits on the front of those cards on the bottom left do not correlate to a year huh?

It might, but not guaranteed, could be number from a set
